Built by a doctor who saw where facilities struggle
Dr. Luqman Hakim's path started with medicine, not management. During his residency in Internal Medicine at Hayatabad Medical Complex, and later as Deputy Medical Superintendent at Azad Welfare Trust, he saw the same pattern repeat. The biggest risks to patient care rarely showed up in a chart. They showed up in the systems around it.
He founded Sehat Kor, a low cost primary care model now serving over 75,000 patients, and Blood Chain Pakistan, a volunteer blood donation network of 130 chapters. He has guided more than 35 doctors through setting up their own clinics and hospitals, manages Sonia Shah Medical Center, and runs his own clinic, Luqman Health Care, in Peshawar.
Health Revolution puts that experience to work for other facilities: building, running, auditing, growing, or fixing what is not working.
