Does each clinic get its own data?
Yes. Every clinic has its own private space. Another clinic can never see your patients, prices or payments.
What does onboarding include?
We set up your clinic with you: your logo, procedures, prices, team and payment methods, and we show your staff how to use it. Onboarding is free for now.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new clinic starts with a 30 day Pro trial, then stays on the Free plan, which has no time limit, unless you choose Pro or Premium.
How do I pay for Pro or Premium?
Inside the dashboard you choose a plan and pay with the payment methods shown for your country. Our team confirms it and your plan starts.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Your data stays safe. Tools that belong to a higher plan become read only until you upgrade again.
Is it available outside Pakistan?
Yes. Clinics abroad use the same dashboard, with their own currency and payment details.
